Terms of Service

Aldivue is a cloud-based digital signage platform that lets you upload media, build playlists, schedule content, and publish it to Fire TV, Android TV, and supported display devices.

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information.

You agree not to use the Service to publish, host, or transmit content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates a third party's rights.
• Infringes intellectual property, trademarks, or publicity rights.
• Contains malware, exploits, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
• Promotes hate, violence, or sexually explicit material on public-facing displays.
• Violates applicable advertising, broadcast, or consumer-protection laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• The Service is offered at $9.99 USD per screen, per month.
• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
• After the trial, your subscription is billed monthly in advance based on the number of screens on your plan. Adding or removing screens is prorated.
• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
• You may cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain all rights to the media and content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Aldivue a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transcode, cache, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to publish Your Content via the Service.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including device manufacturers and ISPs), and force-majeure events may cause downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aldivue disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aldivue's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Aldivue in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. Aldivue will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aldivue harmless from any claim arising out of Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; data retention is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Aldivue Systems Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
