You control the data Aldivue holds about you. You can delete individual items, ask us to delete a specific category of data while keeping your account, or delete your account entirely. You never have to close your account to have data removed.
1. What we store
- Account and profile: name, email address, business name, organization membership.
- Content: images and videos you upload, playlists, schedules and tickers.
- Screens and devices: screen names, locations you enter, paired device identifiers and last-seen timestamps.
- Billing records: plan, subscription status and payment references held by our payment processor.
2. Delete items yourself, right now
Signed in, you can permanently delete individual items at any time — no request needed and no effect on your account:
- Media library — delete any uploaded image or video.
- Playlists and schedules — delete any playlist, schedule or ticker.
- Screens — unpair a device or delete a screen.
- Profile — clear your name and business name in Settings → Account.
These deletions take effect immediately and paired displays stop showing the content.
3. Request partial deletion (keep your account)
To have us delete a whole category of data while your account stays open, open Settings → Account → Manage your data in the app and choose what to remove. You can also email privacy@aldivue.com from your account email address, telling us what you want deleted.
We acknowledge every request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days. We will confirm by email when the data is gone.
4. Delete your entire account
Go to Settings → Account → Danger zone and choose Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, workspace content, uploaded media, screens and schedules, and cancels any active subscription. It cannot be undone.
5. What we must keep
Invoices and payment records are retained for 7 years to meet tax and accounting law, even after account deletion. These records contain the transaction amount, date and a customer reference — never full card numbers. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may also be retained.
