Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, organization name, and password (stored hashed).
• Billing information: processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We store only a customer reference, plan, and the last 4 digits of your card — never the full card number.
• Content you upload: images, videos, and playlists you publish to your screens.
• Device telemetry: screen pairing codes, device identifiers, online status, last-seen timestamps, and basic playback diagnostics.
• Usage data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken inside the app.
• Cookies: see our Cookie Policy.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts, service notices).
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To improve the Service through aggregated, de-identified analytics.

We rely on the following sub-processors to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — database, authentication, and file storage
• Email delivery provider — transactional and authentication emails

Each processor handles data only on our instructions and under contractual safeguards.

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for up to 30 days to allow account restoration, after which it is permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@aldivue.com. We respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our lawful basis for processing is contractual necessity (to provide the Service), legitimate interest (security and product improvement), and consent (where required).

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Aldivue does not sell personal information.

We protect your data using industry-standard measures: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, row-level security on our database, regular backups, and least-privilege internal access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to apply commercially reasonable safeguards.

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please report it to security@aldivue.com.

Aldivue is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your own, including the United States. Where applicable, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
