We want you to be confident before you pay. This Refund Policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work on Aldivue.
1. 14-day free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin. You can test every feature, upload content, and pair real screens during the trial. If you don't add a payment method, your account simply pauses at the end of the trial — you are not charged.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Aldivue is billed monthly in advance at $9.99 USD per screen, per month. You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months on monthly plans. Charges for a billing period in progress are non-refundable, except where required by law.
3. Adding or removing screens
When you add screens mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the period. When you remove screens, the change takes effect at the next renewal — no partial refund is issued for the removed screens.
4. When we issue refunds
We will refund a recent charge in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charge caused by a billing system error on our side.
- Extended outage attributable to Aldivue that prevents you from using the Service for a significant portion of a billing period.
- Statutory right to a refund under consumer-protection laws in your country (e.g. EU 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable).
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@aldivue.com from the address on your account within 30 days of the charge. Include your organization name and the invoice ID. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
