Common questions

How long does pairing a screen take?+

Under a minute. Install the Aldivue Player from your TV's app store, open it, and enter the 6-digit code shown on the screen into your dashboard.

Can I use TVs I already own?+

Yes. If your TV has Fire TV built in, pair it directly. Any other TV just needs a Fire TV stick (around $30–50) plugged into an HDMI port. Android TV support is coming soon.

Do screens need to stay online?+

Screens need internet to receive updates, but they cache your current playlist locally. If the network drops, playback continues uninterrupted and syncs the moment you're back online.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?+

You'll be asked to add a payment method to keep your screens active. Pricing is a flat $9.99 per screen per month — no tiers, no surprises.

Can I move a screen to another location?+

Yes. Unpair from one location in the dashboard, plug the device into the new TV, and pair again with a fresh code.
